I had best experience when checked in at the hotel. The receptionist staff was very friendly and working fast. I requested to be notified by whatsapp when my room was ready (I arrived at the hotel few hours before check in time at 14.00), and the hotel really sent me message by 13.00 when the room was ready. Room was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great too - the hotel offered may options of dishes.

The staff was wonderful, easygoing and very guest-orriented, they even remembered my name which is a plus point. The facilities were also okay, and having a cafe in the front building was perfect. It is a nice place to chit chat with a few people. Price wise, it was a good value of money spend. Recommended!

The breakfast spread was good; staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Puji who remembered that I ordered peppermint tea the day before and asked if I want it again. He also suggested that I takeaway my next day breakfast because I have to catch a train at 730am; 4 water bottles were provided instead of the usual two and they are in glass bottle, less plastics; there are too many things that I’m happy about,I would come back again

Very friendly & professional staff throughout the hotel, esp. the team in the breakfast & dining room and the reception desk. Rooms are clean & spacious, no street noise around the hotel. Quality of the food and breakfast is very good, lots of choices in the morning. Nice pool and gym accessible from 2nd floor.

Everything! This is an exceptional place to stay in Bandung! The service is impeccable and second to none! Bu Winni, Niwan and the entire team are all about ensuring customer satisfaction! Chef Feisal also went above and beyond preparing a surprise Balinese dish for my wife! A work of art and extremely delicious! The property itself is a beautiful Dutch colonial building in a prime location. Thank you so much Four Points Bandung for the memorable stay! We will be back!

Very Nice, Comfortable Hotel in a great location. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly helpful staff, particularly Gina who kept me supplied with freshly brewed coffee at breakfast :) Breakfast was well stocked and great variety

The breakfast arrangement was great, and the staff very attentive and friendly at all times. Fantastic central location would good access to all local attractions and easy access to the toll road entry and exit points. Nice big spacious: Classic King Room
